Short chart

This is where Chart-MAX starts and where you spend most of your day with routine exams. You can select a line or a chart with the menu on the left side of the screen or you can click the icons on the bottom of the screen to go to the other charts and screens.

Go up or down a line. Go to the animal chart, E-chart, bi-chrome or fan dial. Show the patient photos of the 150 most common eye conditions. Show the patient a short video explaining common eye diseases and procedures. Show the patient their retinal photographs.
